Located in Castile and León between Valladolid, Segovia and Ávila, Rueda combines a continental climate with the gravelly soils of high plateaus, demanding conditions which require varieties such as Verdejo to give their very best.

Bodegas Aura joined Sogrape in 2018, reinforcing the company’s singular white wines on the Iberian Peninsula. Located in Rueda, one of the main vineyard zones in the heart of the region, its vineyards create Verdejo grapes with their own unique identity and aura, giving them their name, and resulting in intense, complex wines recognised as among the region’s very best.
