Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and guiding visitors, presenting the various Port production processes with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Sharing the history and heritage of our brands, creating unique, memorable experiences for each visitor
  • Preparing and conducting wine tastings, highlighting the characteristics and particularities of each wine
  • Ensuring excellent customer care in the shop during the sales process, identifying customer needs, offering personalised solutions and promoting our products effectively
  • Contributing to brand communication, helping to spread the knowledge and prestige of Port

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for creating good connections with visitors and colleagues
  • Solid customer service skills, with a focus on providing quality experiences
  • Fluency in at least two languages: English, French, German, Italian or Spanish
  • Proactivity and autonomy, combined with curiosity and energy to overcome daily challenges
  • Interest in learning about wine-growing and winemaking processes, demonstrating openness and motivation to acquire new knowledge
  • Detail-orientated, ensuring careful and consistent work with a positive and dynamic attitude
  • Passion for hospitality, with enthusiasm for exceeding our visitors' expectations
