Ribera del Duero
Ribera del Duero has an arid climate and vines of 700-1,100m, where old grape varieties such as Tempranillo slowly mature. It is a vast region, dotted with castles and marked by the Duero River, which passes through and influences regions such as Burgos, Soria, Segovia and Valladolid. The grapes’ adaptation to demanding natural conditions and meticulous winemaking work create intense, potent wines, celebrated as among the best of Spain and the world.
