Trinca Bolotas is the official wine of Chefs on Fire
After the successful partnership for last year’s edition, the wines from Herdade do Peso bring once more the authenticity, heat and aromas of its Alentejo roots to young, urban and cosmopolitan consumers who are looking for innovative experiences and events with guaranteed quality.
The fourth edition of the festival will take place on the 17 and 18 September, at FIARTIL, in Cascais, and it features plenty of new additions. Chefs on Fire will gather 29 renowned Chefs, including Alexandre Silva, Kiko Martins, Márcio Baltazar, Henrique Sá Pessoa and Pedro Almeida, who will, for the first time, prepare an exclusive dish in one of four categories – meat, fish, vegetarian or dessert. Another new feature is the invitation to rising Chefs to integrate the roster.
With a strong bond to its essence and respect for nature, Trinca Bolotas, white and red, will combine with exclusive dishes featured by 29 chefs, in a unique festival in Portugal that celebrates the origins of cooking, slow cooking and a more natural side of gastronomy.
Luísa Sobral, Dino Santiago, Carolina Deslandes, Jorge Palma and David Fonseca are among the Portuguese musical artists that will mark their presence in the festival’s stage.
At the festival’s exits, Sogrape will, as usual, ensure the promotion of a responsible and moderate wine consumption, with promoters approaching the event’s visitors with the topic and encouraging them to perform blood alcohol concentration tests.
